Refund Policy:

Glossie allows customers to request a refund for products purchased within a certain period of time after purchase, depending on the product. We offer a 14-day refund period for some of our products, while other products have a 90-day period. Please refer to the product details for the specific refund period.

Products can be returned for a refund or exchange. Please note that the product you are returning must not be damaged, must not show signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging.

If you wish to request a refund, please send an email to support@glossiebeauty.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete the refund form that must accompany the product.

Warranty policy:

Our products come with a 30-day warranty against defects. You also have the option to extend this warranty by one year.

Please note that the warranty does not cover physical wear and tear, aging or damage caused by improper, inappropriate or careless use of the product.

For complaints, please send an email to support@glossiebeauty.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions and a complaint form to be completed and returned with the product you have a complaint about.
