Glossie is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you. Our return and warranty policy is outlined below.
Return Policy:

Glossieย allows customers to return purchased products within a certain period of time, depending on the product. We offer a 14-day return period for some of our products, while other products can be returned within 90 days. Please refer to the product details for the specific return period.

You can return products for exchange or refund. Please note that the returned product must not be damaged or show signs of use and it must be returned in its original packaging.

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to support@glossiebeauty.com. We will send you detailed instructions on how to fill out the return form to be sent together with the returned product.

Warranty policy:

Our products come with a 30-day warranty for defective products. You can also choose to extend the warranty by one year.

Please note that the warranty does not cover physical wear and tear and aging or damage caused by improper, inappropriate or careless use of the product.

If you have a complaint, please send an email to support@glossiebeauty.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions and a complaint form to be completed and returned with the product you have a complaint about.
